Hole In One
Susan Margaret Gale
Sunny day, wind in my face, had had a good front nine, only 2 over par and hat a perfect straight shot off the tee. However I couldn’t see the end result as a bank and slope prevented view of the bottom of the flag. When I got to the green there were 2 balls visible and my playing partners and I assumed my ball was the one nearest to the hole and that one of the others had run off into the light rough. Then I walked past the hole glanced down and saw my ball, Whoopee, my first ever hole in one.
