Hole In One
Colin John Robinson
My first hole in one! it only took 37 years to get but was well worth the wait. Taking my wedge, I struck the ball beautifully of the tee, aiming to the right of the green over the water, allowing for the cross wind. The pin was about 3 yards in from the front of the green and edge of the water, the ball pitched about 2 yards on bounced once and disappeared into the hole. I just stood there gobsmacked whilst my playing partners went absolutely wild with delight jumping on me a cuddling me. The feeling was amazing.
